The company is a third generation family firm that has been in commercial real estate for 55 years. The company has its origins in South Florida but for the past twenty years has been located in Vero Beach, Florida with a strong base of commercial office buildings, warehouses and retail properties in Brevard, Indian River and Saint Lucie County under management. The company is primarily a property management and leasing company with real associated real estate brokerage. The company specializes in acquiring undermanaged, underleased properties and maximizing the potential of such through proactive marketing, renovation, rebranding, and leasing. We have twelve employees and we are seeking to find a candidate with administrative skiils, property management and leasing skills and strong familiarity with legal documents that can provide and assist in lease renewals, processing evictions, vacant unit reporting and processing, re-tenanting and other related legal document preparation as it relates to these properties that are managed and leased by the company. This would also involve interacting with legal counsel for these properties, and assisting on legal aspects for property acquisitions, and sales. The position would also involve receptionist duties, and conversing with tenants and vendors regarding various aspects of the process of commercial real estate leasing and property management. A Florida real estate license is required for this position.
